Live Here Without Living Here

Welcome to Melrose Space! During the pandemic I discovered a love for renovating houses and turning them into unique spaces for guests to come and visit. I really do believe that every detail matters and my goal was to turn these houses into homes, giving visitors a chance to really feel what it’s like to live in Los Angeles. Which is why I’m so excited to share with you what I’ve been working on. Take a look around, and if there is anything I can do to make your stay even better, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Handcock Park House: Located at Melrose and Mansfield

  •  Tiny Home: a one-bedroom not-so-tiny home that is truly incredible. With a loft net, projection screen, and beautiful open shower beneath a large skylight, it’s the perfect couples getaway. There is even a private entrance through the side street.
  • Casita: a two bed two bath Spanish style house. This is the main house on the property, and I am sure you and your family will feel right at home in this charming space with it’s own private front yard and cozy porch.

I live in the Studio with my little dog Cooper Anderson (yes, he’s a silver fox). It’s a sweet  spot detached from the Casita and on the other side of the Tiny Home. There is also a large backyard that we all share, with a firepit and plenty of seating. It’s a beautiful place to hang out, have a glass of wine, and meet some new people from all over. It’s my favorite part of the property.

West Hollywood Hills House: Located on Laurel Canyon Blvd.

  • Laurel: a spacious four-bedroom house nestled away in famous Laurel Canyon. The detached garage has been converted into a private fourth bedroom and game room making it perfect for families, small groups, and special occasions. Between the beautiful back yard, open concept living area, chef kitchen, jacuzzi, pool table, projection screen, and Karaoke machine, I have a feeling you’re going to have trouble rallying the troops and actually exploring LA.
